By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Disputes/Chargebacks

All sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges are only provided after written approval by SoCal Authentics and its agents/representatives. Any issues regarding merchandise and/or payments should first be brought to SoCal Authentics attention prior to issuing a chargeback or dispute with the credit issuing bank/company.

A chargeback issued without prior authorization or contact with SoCal Authentics and/or its agents/representatives will result in immediate termination of any active and all future relationship, transactions, and sales with SoCal Authentics, no exceptions. Furthermore, if you are found to have initiated a fraudulent claim (i.e. you received the item but are claiming a false chargeback), you will be held liable and prosecuted to every extent of the law.

If your payment method was charged and you did not authorize as such and believe you are a victim of fraud, please contact info@socalauthentics.com immediately.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including your breach these Terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web websites services that are not owned or controlled by SoCal Authentics.

SoCal Authentics has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 5 business days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
